7-day refund on unused credits

If you are not happy, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We refund the part of the pack that is unused. If you bought 50 listing credits and used 10, we refund the value of the remaining 40, calculated at the price you paid per credit. Credits that were already used are not refundable, because the AI cost has been incurred.

Failed generations

If a generation fails because our AI providers return an error or an invalid result, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us. If a credit seems to be missing, email us.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
2. Include the Stripe receipt or checkout session id (it is shown on the thank-you page and in your Stripe email receipt).
3. We will confirm the unused balance and refund it to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take several business days to show the money.

When we refund, the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

What is not refunded

• Credits you have already used.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, unless required by law or at our discretion.
• Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a listing or application. AI output is a draft, as explained in the terms.

Free trial credits

Free trial credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
